Till Now i just check this tut in Pakistan ( Didn't Try for 0ther Countries)
OK First Make Account In Nexmo
After that Go to Api Setting Get Api and Secret Key
After that Go to https://www.itduzzit.com Sign Up After Sign Up Go to Login go to setting and There u will add connection click on nexmo add conection add the api and secret Key
after That Go to
https://www.itduzzit.com/duzz/nexmo-send-sms-multiple
Send Msg to Any One from any Number
If nexmo not work You Can use http://plivo.com/
